Cultural Humility Certificates Awarded | January 2023
Be sure to offer congratulations if you see any of your RIT colleagues listed below. They recently completed the Division of Diversity and Inclusion’s Cultural Humility Certificate Program. Taj Smith, director of Diversity Education has offered the program at RIT since 2019 and each person must attend a total of six workshops. Smith says that can take at least a year to complete.
