Congratulations are in order. The following RIT employees recently completed the Division of Diversity and Inclusion’s Cultural Humility Certificate Program. Taj Smith, director of Diversity Education has offered the program here since 2019. He says each person is required to attend a total of six workshops which can take a year to complete.
