Looking to enhance your cultural humility? Then, sign up for workshops being facilitated by Dr. Taj Smith, director of Diversity Education. Spring 2020 workshops are now available by logging into Talent Roadmap. Type "cultural humility" into the search engine and click on "instructor-led" under Delivery Type and a list of workshop options will appear.
Breaking Bread is a six-meeting experience where employees (faculty and staff) are paired with someone who holds at least one identity different from their own. The goal is to learn about common and unique experiences and perspectives that can lead to greater solidarity. At the conclusion of the program, participants will receive a free book on solidarity.
