RIT is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15th through October 15th. The Division of Diversity and Inclusion invites you to join us. Explore the rich history and culture. Learn more about the immense number of contributions that have helped shape the country.
Check these out:
Fiesta En La Plaza: Join us Monday, September 16th from 3PM – 5PM in Global Village Plaza for the heritage month kickoff. There will be giveaways, tabling from different student clubs/organizations and campus resources, food including gluten-free dessert from alumnus, Kayla Sandoval, dancing, and live Afro-Cuban jazz music by the Mambo Kings.
Hispanic/Latine Heritage Month Mixer: Thursday, September 19th from 5PM – 7PM in Gracie’s Dining Combo (Grace Watson Hall) with opportunities for staff, faculty, students, and alumni of Hispanic and Latin heritage to meet and mingle.
