He started as a young entrepreneur with an engineering background and moved into the corporate world working with 15 global manufacturer dealerships. His success delivered results while he personally acquired experience and competencies in strategic planning, human capital development and training, leadership, and team building. He is also well versed in business development, project management and process re-engineering.

As part of RIT Dubai, he can utilize his experience and knowledge to guide students, listen to corporate partners, and help bridge student learning with preparation for the skills valued and needed to successfully transition into careers after university study.

Capt. Rohit Sen Bajaj aspires to an education that is a transformation and not a mere transaction; an education that is preparation for a lifetime of learning. His ideal education is one that inculcates in students the knowledge, skills, values, and competencies of a lifelong learner. In a rapidly changing world, students need to learn to be adaptable, creative, collaborative, open-minded, and innovative, in addition to acquiring traditional academic knowledge. Capt. Bajaj believes it is not sufficient to educate students who are going to be academically brilliant, nail every standardized test and get great transcripts, but also enable students to be resilient, self-confident, able to handle adversity, uncertainty, or ambiguity, who can learn to navigate a new and challenging situation and thus his commitment to social, emotional, and ethical learning (SEEL) – to educate and nurture the whole person.

With 27 years of experience in education, Sunita has held diverse roles across leading institutions, consistently driving growth and empowerment. Her expertise includes instructional leadership, teacher development, strategic planning, and parent collaboration. She is also passionate about community outreach, inclusion strategies, and sustainability initiatives, making a significant social impact. Outside of work, Sunita is an explorer, storyteller, traveler, and music enthusiast, enriching her life and the educational environments she influences.

His strategic leadership has been pivotal in expanding the school's presence in the Asian market and achieving key financial and operational objectives. Previously, as the Vice President of Operations at Tahoe Education Group, Desmond demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial management skills, ensuring the organization's strategic alignment and financial health. Desmond's international experience also includes a role as the Regional Operations Director for The British Schools Foundation in China, where he successfully navigated market entry strategies and operational goals. He holds an MBA in Management (Digital Leadership) from Marywood University, a PhD in Strategic Management from Lincoln University College, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Nanjing Normal University. Desmond's academic foundation is a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Brookes University. Bilingual in English and Chinese, Desmond's communication skills have been instrumental to his success in multicultural settings. His adaptability and motivation to lead across various global contexts have been key to his diverse career achievements.
