Fernando Silva '87 is CEO and President of Wild Fork Mexico.

Fernando's passion for creating collaborative teams that deliver high performance results is only surpassed by the love of family. He has demonstrated success on a global stage in developing strategy, implementing, and executing all facets of the business from omnichannel retailing to global product sourcing and commercialization of branded and private label products. His drive is to lead diverse teams in all business functions that drive sustainable profitable growth. Fernando has deep experience and success as a senior executive leading international teams across multiple continents and countries - U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and China.

Before becoming CEO and President of Wild Fork Mexico, Fernando was recruited to be the Senior Vice-President of Best Buy’s Exclusive Brands/Private Label business. Leading a multi-national team in Europe, China, Taiwan, Mexico, and U.S. in strategy, product development, sourcing, and branding of Insignia, RocketFish, and Dynex – a $2B USD business with the highest product margins for the company.

Prior to joining Best Buy, Fernando held numerous global leadership roles for Eastman Kodak in the U.S., Brazil, and Japan.  He was Vice-President of consumer products where he led the development and commercialization of new imaging products to President and General Manager of a Kodak subsidiary.
