Team publishes paper in ‘Materials Letters’
Carolyn Spaulding ’22 (chemical engineering), ’22 MS (materials science and engineering); Alex Taylor ’22 (chemistry); Gabriel Curvacho ’22 (microelectronic engineering), microsystems engineering Ph.D. student; Glenn Packard, microsystems engineering Ph.D. student; Santosh Kurinec, professor of electrical and microelectronics engineering; and Scott Williams, professor in the School of Chemistry and Materials Science, published “Introducing gallium in silicon and thin film polysilicon using self-assembled monolayer doping” in Materials Letters. The team believes this was the first report of silicon doping using a synthesized gallium complex in a monolayer doping process.
