Bicycle Tire Shredder/Recycler

R Community Bikes (RCB) has a need to dispose of a significant amount of used bicycle tires every week. They have contacted automobile tire recyclers but the shredders that car tire recyclers use get jammed when they try to shred bike tires. Our goal was to develop a bicycle tire shredder that could separate the metal from the tire beads from the rubber and fabric and then shred the rubber to be used in other products.
