Leadership

The President is the external voice of the club, responsible for all communication with any campus officials, sponsors, or tournament administration (where appropriate). The President is responsible for leading all Executive Board meetings.

The Vice President is responsible for handling intra-organizational communication and working with RIT campus officials to ensure that teams are provided the physical resources they require. The Vice President is the highest authority for resolving intra-organization disputes.

The Secretary is responsible for handling all club documents, including taking notes during Executive Board meetings. The Secretary should maintain a digital copy of all notes and other documentation, which should be kept easily available to all Executive Board members.

The Treasurer is responsible for handling all contact with regards to funding, management, and adherence to the Purchase Request Guidelines. The Treasurer is responsible for planning and organization of all fundraisers.

The Competitive Director is responsible for overseeing all Competitive Groups, and resolving any conflicts therein. The Competitive Director will act as the intermediary between the Competitive Groups and the Executive Board. In addition, the Competitive Director will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Operations Director on the following: running management meetings, overseeing events, and handling distribution of items within the club storage to club members.

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all Operations Groups, and resolving any conflicts therein. The Operations Director will act as the intermediary between the Operations Groups and the Executive Board. In addition, the Operations Director will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Competitive Director on the following: running management meetings, overseeing events, and handling distribution of items from within the club storage to club members.
