College of Science Lecturer Workshop
COS Lecturers! Join us to learn about self-advocacy and enhancing community in the workplace, and to envision an even better and more supportive COS community for NTT faculty.
Matthew Hayes
Aerospace Technologist at NASA
Inclusion Coach for Educational Equity
This is the first of two workshops for COS Lecturers and will focus on self-advocacy, enhancing community, and mindset. Our intention with this workshop is to create a space for NTT Faculty to think collectively about what would make the COS environment feel more supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable. Our second workshop will be held on October 13 and will include a listening session for participants to share their ideas and requests back to COS leadership. For questions about this series, please contact Dr. Lea Michel (lvmsch@rit.edu) or Dr. Heidi Nickisher (hcnfaa@rit.edu).
