Holiday Craft Cocktail Class

Time to spread the holiday cheer with the Lobozzo Alumni House at our Holiday Cocktail Class presented by RIT Catering! As you get ready for all of your holiday season, learn to make some holiday-themed cocktails that are sure to impress everyone you know!

During the two hours, you will be given instructions on how to craft the cocktails with time to mingle and enjoy the food pairings. Provided will be all of the ingredients and instructions to create three upscale cocktails along with three paired food samplings. Cocktails and food pairings included Yule Log Old Fashion with Café Mocha Rubbed Brisket Sliders, Figgy Pudding Whiskey Sours with a Three Cheese Mac and Cheese, and a ‘Tis the Season Bourbon Float with a Salted Caramel Pretzel Dark Chocolate Brownies. The instructor will help you learn how to become your own mixologist for your events this holiday season.
