Come learn more about the realities of human trafficking and how it occurs in our region. Meet Miss Julie Chapus, a social worker and cosmetology instructor who is creating a school to help victims of human trafficking rebuild their lives and move towards financial independence. Miss Julie has worked with the FBI to develop a curriculum to help people identify and assist human trafficking victims break free from this life of bondage.
