Some more details about Momentum:

Momentum is multi-level experiential leadership development program designed to introduce you to challenges impacting communities around the world and to equip you with the skills, competencies, and confidence you need to actively engage in efforts to address those challenges.

Momentum I is the first of the three part leadership series and is the foundational leadership program for students seeking to learn more about their leadership identities and the key leadership experiences that are available on RIT's campus. Students will be guided by facilitators in various Student Affairs offices with engaging activities that will spark curiosity and learning.

All students will have the opportunity to take the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment and learn more about their top five strengths. Participants who complete the program will be honored in our spring semester celebration dinner and provided access to leadership opportunities.

We are encouraging all students who are interested in becoming a campus leader or interested in applying for a leadership role in a student organization to register. This is a five week program. Cohorts meet weekly for 1.5 hours.

Dinner will be provided at each of the sessions.
