Lori has been with RIT in various roles since 2002 and became the Compliance and Ethics Manager in 2011.  In this role, her primary duties include management of: the immigration process for faculty/staff, the Conflict of Interest & Commitment process, Mandatory Training for faculty/staff, the compilation of RIT’s annual Affirmative Action plan, Employee Disability-Related Workplace Accommodations and RIT’s unemployment insurance process.  A native of Rochester, Lori received her BS degree in Psychology at SUNY Brockport and her MS degree in Human Resource Development at Rochester Institute of Technology.
