Labor and Employment
Labor and Employment Compliance
RIT is dedicated to following U.S. and New York State laws and regulations related to fair, equal, ethical, and transparent employment and labor practices. The Office of Compliance and Ethics (OCE) ensures that the university adheres to these practices by managing relevant processes and programs. OCE also serves as a valuable resource for the RIT community.
