Scholarship Recipient Biography

Congratulations on receiving a scholarship from RIT! Donor support to scholarship is vital to student success and RIT is grateful for the many donors who so generously give in support of our students. Please take a moment to fill out the questionnaire which will be used to create a scholar profile. The profile will be included in an annual report to the scholarship donor, contact or family members who have provided funding for your scholarship. Please use complete sentences and check for grammar and spelling mistakes.

Tips for submitting your photo:

  • Your photo should be a taken photo (no selfies) and professional in style and content.
  • Use a solid or non-distracting background if possible.
  • ​​​​​​​Choose an image with a high resolution - no blurry or pixelated photos. 
  • Photo should not contain any individuals except for the scholarship recipient. Please no cropped or group photos.
  • Photo should not have any unnatural filters (no Snapchat or other app filters).
