Bio
For the past four years, I have served as the Director of the Office of Career Services and Cooperative Education. I have experience creating partnerships with companies and organizations that hire RIT students for co-ops and full-time opportunities. I am a key collaborator in creating and establishing RIT’s International Experience Co-op/Internship Program. Today my primary responsibility is overseeing RIT’s Co-op program, one of the oldest and most prominent in the US. I manage a team of 30 full-time Career Services Professionals and the Student Employment Office. On average, my team is responsible for coordinating 6,200 co-op assignments for 4,400 students per year.

Record number of RIT students to graduate
Friday’s celebration of the Class of 2020 certainly cannot replace the atmosphere of a traditional commencement, which RIT plans to host on campus when it’s deemed safe. But many of graduates say they won’t let the pandemic, or the circumstances surrounding the virtual celebration, define them or their feelings about their time at RIT. (Pictured: Bradley Speck, who will finish his classes online this summer, has a job waiting for him at GE Aviation in Cincinnati, where he completed four co-ops.)
