Poster Presentations

Schedule for Poster Presenters

• 8-30 AM - 11:00 AM - Check-in, Fireside Lounge, (SAU). Plan to check-in and hang your poster at your designated location no later than 11:00 AM. If you are also doing an oral presentation, please check in before your oral presentation and make time, between 8:30 and 11:00, to hang your poster.
• 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Poster Session, Fireside Lounge, (SAU): Presenters should be available to discuss their research with attendees. Voting will take place during the poster session and top rated presenters will receive a monetary award during the Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony.
• 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Keynote Presentation and Awards Ceremony, Ingle Auditorium (SAU)
• 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Reception, 1829 Room, (SAU)

Business Professional Dress Recommended

Poster Dimensions: Posters should not exceed 4’ wide x 4’ high. Bring your poster rolled up; posters should not be foam core mounted. Poster stands and push-pins will be provided. If your poster is wider than 4’, the edges will need to curl behind so as not to encroach on the poster next to yours.
