Computer Lab Temperature and Humidity Monitor

We would connect two temperature sensors to a control hub with long spools of cable (essentially recreating the system in the labs). The two sensors would be placed on a table and visitors would be able to interact with them, trying to raise or lower the temperature. They would then be able to see the values change in real time on the control hub display.
