You can also use this page to make an itinerary for the day. Hard copies of the Print Program will be available on the day of the Festival at all of the Welcome Tents and Information Stations.

School buses will be directed by Parking Attendants to drop off/pick up participants at F Lot. Buses will then be directed to a designated on-campus parking lot for the day. After exiting the bus, visitors may stop by a Welcome Tent where detailed information about the day’s activities will be available. Visitors coming to campus by car will be able to park on a first come, first serve basis. Once you park, visit the interactive campus map and “drop a pin” while in the parking lot. This will provide you walking directions back to your car when you are ready to leave.

Parking will also be available at Monroe Community College (MCC), in lots J and H, with free shuttle bus service to/from RIT. The first shuttle leaves MCC for RIT at 7:30am. The last shuttle will leave RIT for MCC at 6:00pm. Once RIT lots are full, volunteers will direct all visitors to MCC.

Once on campus, be sure to stop by one of the seven Welcome Tents - located near each of the main parking lots on campus parking lots.

There will be many locations across campus the day of the Festival where food and beverages may be purchased. Visit the About the Festival page for more information about what to expect on campus the day of the event.
