Imagine the Ocean: Marine Biology at RIT

Location

Thomas Gosnell Hall (GOS/008) - 1125, 1345

As part of the class, students are encouraged to delve deeply into a marine ecosystem. They will conduct literature reviews to learn about the organisms that comprise the system and the challenges threatening their existence, including human factors and global warming. As part of their grade, students will produce a poster to disseminate the newly acquired knowledge. We propose using Imagine RIT as an opportunity to share this important information with the public and to showcase the students’ work. We anticipate between 10 and 20 scientific posters or infographics being presented.
