This project seeks to address the lack of inclusive respiratory PPE, for all types of hazards and users. An RIT/NTID team needs assistance with requirements, testing and design. Issues include: fit, fog/humidity, filtration, development of tests for efficacy (current standards are for non clear polymeric fabric PPE), user comfort & reuse, new sensor/measurement/ filtration capacity, etc. This project will inform the federal initiative for inclusive PPE. This will be a prototype and poster presentation.
