Our project is an image capture device to inspect small parts for defects. The design consists of a robotic arm connected to a joystick to maneuver the part, a microscope with a camera attachment, and a screen to display the images taken. This project is part of the Sandia Labs Senior Design Bonanza competition, it will be presented later on to Sandia and be submitted to compete with multiple other schools across the country. The robot itself is rather small as we were given a design constraint that the product must fit in a 6x6x6 inch space. The goal of our device is to assist operators in part inspection in order to reduce the number of defective parts that will enter the plant. We would like to bring in our finalized design and include a video presentation to better show how our device will operate.

A more finalized look of our team's Robotic Arm in CAD.
