Red Paper Clip++ : Repurposing RIT Mugs

Location

Max Lowenthal Hall (Saunders College of Business LOW/012) - 1050

This exhibit will share the experience of five different student groups who employed concepts of bargaining to raise funds for a non-profit of their choice. They all started with an RIT branded mug and made a series of exchanges in order to eventually donate the final item or sell it and donate the proceeds to their non-profit. This project is inspired by the Red Paper Clip project documented here (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_red_paperclip). Some details are still be negotiated (e.g., how "integrated" the five different projects will be. Ideally, we would have some visual representation for each and then the option for visitors to select a video to watch on a display from a laptop.
