The RIT Drumline

Location

Outside (OUT/000) - Infinity Quad

The RIT Drumline is an indoor, competitive, marching percussion ensemble that performs and competes annually in the New York State Percussion Circuit. Throughout the fall and spring semesters, we combine music, movement, and sound to create narrative-driven theatric performances that we use to compete against other ensembles at various competitions in the area. At our Imagine RIT exhibit, we plan to perform the auditory part of our 2025 show, Sweet Dreams, along with other fun and upbeat percussion pieces, using an array of instruments including snare drum, bass drum, tenor drums, cymbals, mallet percussion, auxiliary percussion, drum set, synth, bass guitar, and recorded sound effects.

Performance Time: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
