Our project and exhibit, RIT Marketplace, is a platform that connects RIT students who want to sell and buy used items all year round. Inspired by ‘Goodbye, Goodbye’, an existing sustainability effort created by RIT for leaving seniors and incoming freshmen, our product/service will engage the community outside of the first week of the semester. Our exhibit will not only explain the market research of RIT students who want to buy/sell items, but we will display a prototype of our website for our audience.
