RIT Venture Creations Incubator

The RIT Venture Creations Incubator (VCI) helps startups commercialize their products and prepare for outside risk capital. VCI advances the educational and research missions of RIT and its faculty, students, and staff who are involved in high technology. VCI was also created to promote economic development and competitiveness in Monroe County and New York State by encouraging and facilitating the transfer of technology resources to the marketplace. VCI offers its client companies quality coaching, professional consulting, and connections with industry professionals and other resources, creating an environment where cutting-edge businesses can develop and thrive. Our exhibit will showcase up to three (3) of our current client companies and their products and services. Visitors will have a chance to learn about these emerging companies and, in the case of those companies that are involved in clean energy, how their products will help the commercialization of clean energy and sustainable alternatives. In addition, visitors will learn how RIT is supporting the development and growth of these companies as well as specifics about VCI, its mission and capabilities.
