This device is meant to allow people with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions like cerebral palsy, MS, or spina bifida to get out and participate in an active and healthy lifestyles. The rollator is loosely based off frame runners used in the Paralympics and is designed to operate in outdoor trail conditions, like the Erie Canal Trail for example. The Rollator is easily collapsable for transport and has simple adjustments to make sure all users can be comfortable during operations. The system can support users between 5'-6' tall and up to 300lb. It uses a proprietary steering system that incorporates both forearms so that users that struggle with grip and/or dexterity are still able to easily and predictably steer and feel in control of their & the system's movements. Most adjustments incorporate spring-loaded or threaded bolt pin & rack systems so that once the user finds their comfortable positioning, the system can safely & reliably lock into place so there would be no possibility of failure during use.
