RIT will virtually host the 2023 International Symposium on Aviation Psychology (ISAP). The symposium aims to:

• Showcase the latest research on human performance within aviation systems;
• Envision design solutions that best recognize human capabilities for creating safe and efficient aviation systems;
• Bring together scientists, practitioners, policy makers, and research sponsors to bridge the gap between research and application.

ISAP will draw participants from around the world, including industry and government leaders, researchers and engineers of every career stage, educators and frontline practitioners such as pilots and air traffic controllers. We offer opportunities to connect through plenary sessions, symposia, poster sessions and other events hosted in a virtual format. Although the symposium is aerospace oriented, we welcome attendees from any domain that speaks to issues of human performance in complex technological systems.
