Researchers from RIT and University of Washington are harnessing the power of interactive media and clinical hypnosis to help people manage pain without drugs. The team has received a National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant for the work.

RIT professors release new Islamic law module for ‘Lost & Found’ religious laws game series
A new module of the Lost & Found religious legal systems game series, created by an interdisciplinary RIT team, is now available. The new game, called Lost & Found: New Harvest, has also been added to a collection at The Strong National Museum of Play.

RIT tabletop game nominated for award at IndieCade Festival in California
Lost & Found: Order in the Court – the Party Game, which aims to promote and enhance the public understanding of religion and law, was nominated for a Spotlight Award in the Tabletop category of IndieCade, the premier event for independent games and is known as the Sundance Film Festival for video games.

The interdisciplinary team of RIT faculty and student researchers, designers and developers that created the Lost & Found tabletop game is getting recognition for its design. Throughout the year, the game has been featured at several showcases for independent and serious games.
