Tom's paper titled, "Fabrication of Suspended III-V Nanofoils by Inverse Metal-Assisted Chemical Etching of InGaP/GaAs Heteroepitaxial Films" has been accepted for publication in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces! For the first time, successful I-MacEtch of the technologically relevant ternary material, InGaP, has been demonstrated here. This work shows a novel technique for the fabrication of suspended III-V nanofoil structures. Congratulations, Tom and all!
