Facilities

The NanoPower Research Labs (NPRL) facilities include 6 distinct lab spaces where a variety of research occurs.

An interdisciplinary approach has been taken to allow for a high utilization of over 7,000 square feet of space located within the Golisano Institute for Sustainability and the Kate Gleason College of Engineering. The space is set up to facilitate research focused on the development of new materials and devices for power generation and storage as well as novel materials for photonic and optoelectronic applications. It currently assists Ph.D., Masters, and undergraduate students from over 10 academic programs to conduct research under the supervision of our principal investigators and alongside a full-time staff of scientists and research assistants.
