40% Scholarship Still Available to Earn Your MBA in One Year
Undergraduate students at Saunders 4+1 partner schools have the opportunity to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in one year after completing their undergraduate degree thanks to RIT’s Accelerated 4+1 MBA program. The program allows students to save time and money, while effectively increasing their salary by 77% on average according to BusinessBecause.
The Accelerated 4+1 MBA program waives courses meeting the following conditions in order to accelerate your MBA:
- B grade or better must be earned in courses reviewed for waivers
- May waive up to 6 total core MBA courses
- Courses for waivers must be taken within 5 years of matriculating into the MBA program
Scholarships for 4+1 Partner Schools
Non-RIT students from Saunders 4+1 partner institutions who meet MBA admissions requirements will also receive a minimum 20% scholarship. One accepted student from each partner institution will receive a 40% scholarship. Applications are due by April 30* to be eligible for the 40% scholarship. A list of partner institutions is provided below, or on the Accelerated 4+1 MBA website.
*Deadline has been extended to April 30 instead of April 15.

COVID-19 Response
In response to the closure of standardized testing centers, Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is accepting applications for the fall 2020 term without standardized tests; GMAT/GRE. Applicants will be reviewed with the information submitted and may be requested to provide additional information or an online interview. If Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and/or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) are not available for international applicants, RIT will accept the Duolingo English test* for 2020 applications. Students admitted with Duolingo scores will take an additional English test at RIT.
