Built on the PEN-International model of import - self-sufficiency - export, the ultimate goal of P-CEN is to encourage on-going dialogue between partner institutions throughout the ASEAN region. These activities involve cross-cultural exchanges between representatives of partner programs that will augment this relationship and enhance the collective knowledge of professionals working in deaf education programs.
