- National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) Faculty Success Program
Faculty Career Development and the Provost's Office co-sponsor a limited number of scholarships for the NCFDD Faculty Success Program, an online, 12-week intensive mentoring program. The Faculty Success Program is a “boot camp” designed to improve research productivity and work-life balance. The 2024 program runs from May 20 to July 28.
The Faculty Success Program is for tenure-track or tenured faculty (assistant or associate professor rank) who are looking for a combination of empirically-tested methods to improve research productivity, with coaching and peer support to propel personal growth to a whole new level. The scholarship –will support 50% of the program fee. The applicant must have the support of their academic unit for the remaining 50% of the program tuition. Also, since RIT is an institutional member of the NCFDD, their website and webinar service is free for RIT faculty, post docs and graduate students. To sign up to become a member, visit http://ncfdd.org/join
