Chloe Coleman

Chloe Coleman is an award-winning photo editor at The Washington Post. Coleman, a photo editor for The Post’s newsroom for nearly 10 years, joined the Opinion desk in 2023 as the section's first photo editor. Her career in photo editing began as an intern at NPR, followed by her first staff position as a digital photo editor at The Denver Post. Coleman attended the Columbus College of Art and Design and is a Rochester Institute of Technology photojournalism alumna. Coleman serves as a faculty and board member for The Kalish visual editing workshop.

Coleman was one of three photo editors to work on the entire project. Three of her packages were part of the group of 10 submissions that constituted the winning entry.
