Intent to Present

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2024 In-Person Undergraduate Research Symposium on August 1. If you would like to present your research at International Day on August 7th, please submit your intent to present through this link:  https://www.rit.edu/researchsymposium/intent-present

Only one submission is required per presentation, regardless of the number of presenters. Please note: for any given presentation title, presenters must choose one form of presentation: poster or oral. What you choose as a presentation form at this time can be changed when you submit your final abstract. However, you cannot choose to present both a poster and an oral presentation on the same topic. (Presenters researching more than one topic may submit a form for each topic.)

Submissions for Intent to Present are a critical component of our planning process. In addition to gaining a sense of the number of poster and oral presentations we can expect at this summer’s symposium, your submission will help us determine this year’s presentation topics and plan for Access Services. The more Intent to Present forms submitted the better!

Please note, by submitting an Intent to Present form:

• You are not obligated to present at the symposium, although we hope you will.
• You will still need to complete an Abstract Submission form between July 1 and July 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM to reserve your spot at the symposium; again, only one form per presentation.
• Every member of the team attending the symposium needs to register his/her attendance between July 1 and July 22, 2024.
