Engineering House is a Special Interest House that promotes collaboration and support for engineering students. We build projects for Imagine RIT, create support networks for class work, and promote a strong family atmosphere. Established in 1971, we have a large range of alumni to support us. Currently, Engineering House is located on the top floor of Nathaniel Rochester Hall.

Every year, RIT hosts the ImagineRIT festival to showcase the innovative and creative spirit of RIT students, faculty and staff. Engineering House consistently participates in the festival, getting together in groups to create projects that combine engineering skills and ingenuity.
Amidst the current pandemic, incoming freshmen can meet and talk to current Engineering House members via a virtuial meeting on Zoom. We'd love to meet you and answer any questions you have. Feel free to email ehouserecruitment@gmail.com to set up a meeting or if you have any issues or questions.
Here are a few of the people that make Engineering House possible. Click on their picture to learn more about who they are, and what they do.
