Conner earned both their Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Music degrees from Nazareth University, and during their graduate training, completed their clinical internship at RIT CaPS before being hired as full-time staff. Conner is a licensed master social worker (LMSW) in NYS and prior to becoming a social worker, spent several years working as a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) in various K-21 education systems.
Conner is the Group Therapy Coordinator at CaPS, and facilitates interpersonal process groups as well as some skills-based groups. Outside of group, his clinical interests include working with LGBTQIA+ students, relationship concerns, and he has a particular passion for working with Deaf/hard-of-hearing students as he is fluent in American Sign Language.
When not at CaPS, Conner can be found making music or hiking with their dog.
