Laplante honored with Shining Star Award at annual conference
Jade Laplante, residence coordinator for the Center for Residence Life, received the Shining Star Award at the Northeast Association Of College and University Housing Officers Annual Conference in Mystic, Conn.. They were recognized for their behind-the-scenes efforts with the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee to create supportive spaces for transgender and gender-expansive housing professionals.
