Log In to Qualtrics Creating an Account
Welcome to RIT's online survey tool, Qualtrics, which is available to all RIT students, faculty, staff, and student employees by using an RIT login. Within the academic space, Qualtrics works with more than 1,800 universities, colleges and other academic institutions. These institutions use Qualtrics for collecting data for academic research, experiments, assessments, research projects, polling, evaluations and market research, just to name a few.
Getting Help
If you have questions or need assistance with using Qualtrics, visit Qualtrics through the links on the Resources tab. Each portal will require you to log in. All members of the RIT community are eligible to browse Qualtrics help documents, and to engage Qualtrics support by phone, chat, or email. For a subset of issues, Qualtrics support may refer you to RIT's brand administrator. If this occurs, please contact the ITS Service Desk with the details of your request.

Request a Survey Transfer
To request that a survey you own be transferred to another Qualtrics user at RIT, please enter a ticket and include the names of any surveys to be transferred along with the survey owner and recipient. You can also request all surveys on the account be transferred. If you still need access to a survey transferred from you, the new owner will need to send a collaboration invite to you for reach transferred survey. Requests to transfer surveys other than your own must come from a department head, and will need to include the current owner of the survey(s).
Consultation for Faculty Members
The Center for Teaching and Learning offers consultations for faculty members using Qualtrics to teach. A consultation can be scheduled here.
