ITS is charged with maintaining RIT’s Web servers and creating Web accounts. If your department/office doesn’t already have a Web presence, you must first contact ITS to create your Web account. Decisions about site URL are determined by conventions created by ITS. It is also possible to receive redirects where appropriate. See the “Hosting Your Site” section of this document for more information. For Project Requests, submit a form.

The Project Management Office (PMO) is part of the Information & Technology Services (ITS) department.  PMO works collaboratively with members of the campus community to provide tangible, repeatable, long-term benefits to the campus community.  PMO provides standardized tools, techniques, and best practices for managing all types of projects.  Their staff have a variety of skills to ensure that projects are successful and processes repeatable.  These skills include business analysis, process analysis and improvement, project management, program management and contract renewal analysis. They also coach / mentor others in several of these skill sets.
