CREW Connections provide pre-tenured women faculty an informal forum for networking, skill-building, and developing strategies for career success. These forums are facilitated by members of the Council for the Representation & Engagement of Women Faculty (CREW). CREW serves as an advisory council to the AdvanceRIT in support of the career success of women faculty at RIT.
CREW Connections provides an opportunity for pre-tenure women faculty to meet senior faculty and discuss topics related to career success. Session topics range from preparing materials for tenure, finding research collaborators, to work-life balance.
