Promotion Package Prep (P cubed): Celebrating Promotion | Early Spring 2018

The P^³ Group started in 2016 and the first group consisted of women faculty from five different colleges (COS, KGCOE, CAST, GCCIS, and NTID). Out of this group, six submitted their proposal packages and all were promoted to full professor. Based on the positive feedback from participants the first year, we broadened the effort and we now coordinate the formation of P^³ Groups for ALL interested tenured faculty seeking promotion to full Professor and lecturers seeking promotion to Senior or Principal Lecturer. We expect to announce formation of 2018 P^³ Groups later in February 2018. Those who are considering or planning to submit for promotion to full Professor are encouraged to attend a panel session on April 6, 2018 with senior leaders: Promotion to Professor: Strategies for Presenting a Strong Case.
