Success Strategies for Women Faculty-continuation: In the Fall, 20 women faculty participated in the AdvanceRIT Learning Circle on Success Strategies for women faculty. Many of the faculty wanted to continue meeting to continue discussions on career success and to provide peer support. The AdvanceRIT office plans to host a Success Strategies for Women Faculty Learning Circle for new participants this coming fall. The book used by the Learning Circle is available electronically through the Wallace Center: The Coach's Guide for Women Professors: Who Want a Successful Career and a Well-Balanced Life by Rena Seltzer.
