Faculty Retreat | Fall 2023

At the start of the semester, Advance RIT hosted a faculty retreat at RIT’s serene off-campus facility - the Tait Preserve. Faculty successfully engage in an afternoon of exploration, reflection, connection, and relaxation as they prepare for the year ahead. They formed new relationships and cultivated trust as they shared knowledge and lived experiences as educators to Foster a sense of community.
