AdvanceRIT: Allyship Workshop (Part 1) | Fall 2024

This session provided strategies for male and male-identifying faculty on campus to support their colleagues in academic settings effectively. Dr. Taj Smith, the Executive Director for Culture and Diversity Education, guided participants in creating environments where their female colleagues could thrive. AdvanceRIT will host an in-person follow-up session during the Spring 2025 term.
