Christina currently leads the sales operations for Panasonic's Industrial IoT Solutions group leading a technical sales team developing Industry 4.0 material flow solutions for the manufacturing industry.

Prior to joining Panasonic, Christina spent 22 years at Xerox Corporation. While at Xerox she held a number of roles in engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, strategy and business operations.

Outside of work, Ms. Paliouras-Pierce is active in her community having previously served as Club Co-Coordinator of Victor Central School's FIRST LEGO League Club, and as the President of the Monroe County Women's Alliance. She is currently on the leadership team of the New York Chapter of Women in Manufacturing. A three-time alumna of RIT, Ms. Paliouras-Pierce has volunteered at Brick City Homecoming, Imagine RIT, the Rochester Alumni Chapter, We@RIT, Open Houses and attends numerous chapter events.

At home, Christina is the proud mother of two future Tigers, John and Theo, and is married to fellow alumni Travis Pierce '91.
