Customer Experience Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton
Emily is an experience strategist, consultant, and sustainability advocate, primarily focused on supporting government agencies in their digital transformation and customer experience efforts. She currently works at the consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, with clients like HUD, USDA, Navy, and NASA to provide empathetic, innovative, and user-centric solutions to complex public sector challenges. She also leads the firm's internal volunteer sustainability group. Additionally, as an alumna of Washington, D.C.'s American University, she currently resides in the D.C. metro area and shares her love for local travel and the outdoors on her Instagram and blog (@emilygoesplaces). Emily also serves on RIT's Honors Program Alumni Advisory Board.
