Rudi Winsberg

Owner, Andean Origins


Mr. Winsberg is an owner of Andean Origins, a boutique travel company focusing on destinations and tours within Winsberg's native Peru. He also went on to form Elite Sports Travel, which coordinates travel to premier sporting events like the FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games and Formula One racing. Prior to attending RIT, Mr. Winsberg worked for the United Nations in New York City. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award for the School of Individualized Study this year. Mr. Winsberg is president of the RIT Alumni Andean chapter and hosts frequent meetings with this group as well as events, like Global Day of Service. He has actively connected with current Andean students and includes them in the Chapter activity in Peru. Recently he visited RIT campus as a featured meRIT webinar speaker and to meet with current administration and staff to further opportunities for RIT Alumni within the Andean Alumni Chapter to stay connected to RIT.
